Modojo AI is an AI-powered video editing platform that enables users to create, edit, and export professional videos using artificial intelligence technologies including script generation, voiceover synthesis, and automated motion design.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. AI features consume credits based on usage.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Intellectual Property

• Generated Content: Videos and content generated using our AI tools are owned by you, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying assets.
• Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modojo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
